Bdpop Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1General Overview & Eligibility

Bdpop (bdpop.wine) is an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bdpop platform. By using our website or mobile app, or by creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

• You must play on your own behalf — placing bets on behalf of another person or a third party is not permitted.
• It is your own responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3Account Management & Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their bdpop account secure. Sharing your password, granting account access to others, or managing another person's account is strictly prohibited.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, bdpop may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal options may be limited until verification is complete.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Deposits from mobile banking accounts registered to another person are not accepted.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a KYC-verified account.
• If a fraudulent or unauthorized payment is detected, bdpop reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and investigate the account.
• In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the associated account balance may be frozen.

5Betting Rules & Sports Conditions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except that a partial cash-out may be available if the Cash Out feature is active.
• Bdpop reserves the right to void bets associated with suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdpop reserves the right to void the affected bets or recalculate them at the correct odds.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed will be the ones used for settlement.
• Bdpop reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for any market. High-value bets may require separate approval.
• If a bet is accidentally accepted before the outcome of an event is confirmed, and the event has already concluded, bdpop reserves the right to void that bet.

6Bonus & Promotion Policy

Bdpop offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus policy is outlined below:

• Every bonus offer comes with a specific wagering requirement. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period after a bonus is accepted, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxies to abuse bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bdpop suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to investigate any account, cancel bonuses, or suspend the account in question.
• The welcome bonus is available once per person and per device only.
• Bdpop reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

7Responsible Gaming Policy

9Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

• Match-fixing or betting using insider information.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards the platform or other members.

If an account is closed, any applicable balance will be refunded. However, if fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited.

10Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with bdpop, please contact our support team directly in the first instance. We aim to resolve all issues within 72 hours.

11Policy on Changes to Terms

Bdpop reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be given at least 7 days' notice via platform notification or email.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
